Warranty Policy

Parts manufactured by GDI-3D are backed by our Limited 6 Month Lifetime Warranty. Our GDI-3D manufactured parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the serviceable lifetime of the part. The liability of GDI-3D under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair the defect, replace the part, or provide a refund at its sole discretion, and to pay transportation and insurance charges for any return of the part to the owner for a rightful warranty claim. Modifications of the part will void this warranty. Modifications include but are not limited to the addition of any non-GDI-3D or third-party manufactured accessory to the part and GDI-3D disclaims all responsibility and liability for any damage caused as a result of such third-party accessory use. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear and also does not cover any damage resulting from repairs or adjustments, careless handling, neglect, improper, substandard, reloaded or defective ammunition, corrosion, or other unreasonable use of the part.

To initiate a Warranty claim, contact customersupport@gdi-3d.com. Warranty claim correspondence must have a completed Return Merchandise Authorization form “RMA” attached. Warranty claims must include the RMA included in the box with the part. Replacement parts will not be issued or sent to the customer. GDI-3D will pay shipping and insurance charges for the return of a part to its owner, if the related claim is a proper claim for warranty work.

Under no circumstances shall GDI-3D be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. GDI-3D will not be responsible for the results of ordinary wear and tear, careless handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs or adjustments, improper, substandard, reloaded or defective ammunition, corrosion, or unreasonable use. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Product Price and Specifications

All product prices and specifications listed for sale on this website are subject to change at any time. Please see Website Terms for further information. GDI-3D does not honor price change requests for orders placed more than 30 days prior to the change in price. GDI-3D also does not allow raincheck pricing for any prior Sale.

Purchasing

All NFA Rules Apply.

All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, binary trigger, forced reset trigger, wide open trigger, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.

GDI-3D reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.

Cancellations

Except for orders fulfilled by GDI-3D Partners, an order placed with GDI-3D may be cancelled by the customer prior to the order having been shipped. A 20% restocking fee will be held from the refunded item’s purchase price.

Due to processing timeframes and procedures, orders containing items fulfilled by GDI-3D Partners cannot be cancelled.

If an order cannot be cancelled because the order has shipped or the order includes items fulfilled by GDI-3D Partners, then the customer must follow all rules and procedures applicable to Returns. Please note that the return of the item(s) will be made at the customer’s expense. A 20% restocking fee for all returned items is due from the refunded item’s purchase price.

Cancelled orders may not be reversed. All cancellations are final.

Company Cancellations

In some cases, GDI-3D may have to cancel an order or part of an order. GDI-3D will provide a refund for the amount of the order or part of the order that was cancelled.

Returns

Except for items designated as nonreturnable or as otherwise set forth below, GDI-3D will accept a return of an item for replacement (if a replacement item is available) or a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs and a 20% restocking fee, provided such return is made within 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of the purchased item.

The customer is responsible for confirming that the parts purchased are compatible with their firearm prior to purchase. If the customer identifies post purchase that the purchased item is not compatible with their specific firearm then they must submit an RMA to receive a partial refund as identified above. Note: Damaged items will not be eligible for refund.

Unless there is an item defect or a valid item performance issue, returned items must be resalable (no wear or usage), in original packaging, and with all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. If the item is not returned in resalable condition, GDI-3D may reject the return.

All returns MUST INCLUDE a completed Return Merchandise Form with the returned item for GDI-3D to process the request, issue a refund, or replace the item. The customer MUST contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE returning any item.

If the customer fails to include a Return Merchandise Form with the returned item(s), or if the Return Merchandise Form is incomplete, GDI-3D will NOT process a refund or replacement for the item(s) and the items(s) will be returned to the customer.

All returned items must be received by GDI-3D prior to any replacement being shipped or refund being issued.

Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Credit in the form of a gift card will be issued if the original form of payment is not available or agreed to by the customer.

GDI-3D carefully monitors returns and may take reasonable action, including limiting or refusing returns, to prevent fraud and abuse and to otherwise enforce these terms and conditions and all laws and regulations governing orders made on our website.

GDI-3D reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. GDI-3D reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.

Repairs

Customers who send in any GDI-3D manufactured product in for repair must also print and include a completed copy of the Return Merchandise Form.

Select Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA request) to return an item for repair or select Repair Status Request from the drop down menu.

In the message box provided, leave us a detailed description of your problem, including your order number and a sku number, if you have it.

Upload any further documentation (i.e., pictures, copy of order) if needed.

We will reply to this email with an RMA or updated information on your repair.

Amending Orders

No amendments to orders can take place once an order is placed.

Shipping Protection

Notwithstanding the foregoing, GDI-3D will not bear any risk of loss or be responsible for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by any of the following, regardless of any other cause or event that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the loss, all of which risk of loss shall be borne by you: (1) seizure or destruction of property by order of governmental authority; (2) incorrect delivery by the carrier caused by an incorrect address on the shipping label; (3) misappropriation, sabotage, conversion or any other dishonest act on the part of you or other party of interest, your respective employees or agents or others to whom the goods or merchandise may be entrusted for any purpose whatsoever; (4) any shortage in goods claimed to have been forwarded in a package when the package is received by the addressee in apparent good condition with the seals unbroken; (5) unsuccessful delivery attempts; ( In addition, GDI-3D will not bear any risk of loss or be responsible for any loss or damage in the event your payment made to GDI-3D is in any form that is false, fraudulent, invalid, uncollectible, or counterfeit.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, GDI’s liability is limited to the cost of reasonably restoring the applicable item to its condition immediately before loss or damage or the cost of replacing that property with substantially identical property. If GDI-3D pays any loss or damage, it will pay no more than the value you have recorded for purchase. GDI-3D reserves all right, title and interest in the applicable items to the extent of payments paid by GDI.

All notices for loss of or damage to property transported or accepted must include date of shipment, tracking number, and the nature of loss or damage. Claims should be made by emailing us at customersupport@gdi-3d.com. All claims must be made within seven days after the scheduled delivery time or five days after you receive notification that the package was delivered but did not receive it. All damaged items must be verified and a certified statement of loss with proof of documentation required by consignee. Proof of loss must include proof of interest in the property and affidavit of shipment. GDI-3D will pay for loss or damage within seven days after it receives the sworn proof of loss, if you have complied with all the terms set forth herein and GDI-3D has reached agreement with you on the amount of the loss.

Order Restrictions

A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.

18 years of age or older.

Sale Restrictions

GDI-3D operates in strict compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, and related accessories.

The restrictions implemented by GDI-3D are not intended to be legal advice, and GDI-3D makes no representations regarding the legality of any item in any specific jurisdiction. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Customer Acknowledgment and Certification

By purchasing any item from GDI-3D, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item purchased from GDI-3D complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in the customer’s jurisdiction.

The customer has independently verified that its purchase and intended use of any item is legal in the customer’s state and local jurisdiction.

The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless GDI-3D and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the customer’s purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchased from GDI-3D.

Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in severe legal penalties. If you are unsure about the legal status of an item in your area, consult a qualified attorney or local law enforcement before making a purchase.

Freight Forwarding is required for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

P.O. Box Shipments / Restrictions

Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

GDI-3D abides by all Federal Regulations regarding hazardous material shipped through United States Postal Service. A hazardous material is any article or substance designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, or property during transportation. This includes, but is not limited to:

Minor Blast/Minor Projection Hazard — Ammunition

Oxidizing Substances — Batteries

Flammable Solids — Black Powder

Flammable and combustible liquid — Cleaners, oil, and aerosol cans

If you wish to order any hazardous material, you must provide a physical address for shipment through UPS.

Magazine Ordering Restrictions

GDI-3D abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of high capacity magazines. We DO NOT ship high-capacity magazines to the states that have active magazine restrictions.

It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities. Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Taxes

The decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., et al, overturned prior Supreme Court precedent in Quill Corp. v. North Dakota, which previously required retailers to have a physical presence in a state beyond merely shipping goods in order to require a retailer to collect and remit sales taxes from those in-state customers. Going forward, GDI-3D will be collecting and remitting sales tax in those states which require such. 

Website Terms

GDI-3D makes it a priority to provide accurate and up-to-date product information and specifications for items listed for sale on this website; however, errors and changes in circumstance do occur.

All information is provided "As-Is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. GDI-3D is not responsible for website performance in any particular browser or in the inability for a user to use the website due to, but not limited to, internet connection issues, outages, coding issues, or compatibility.

Legal Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. By placing an online order with GDI-3D, customer hereby:

Submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in or having jurisdiction over Dekalb County, Georgia, in any litigation, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or relating to, the customer's order or these Terms and Conditions.

Knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of said court.

Waives any right to dismiss or transfer it may have based on improper venue or forum nonconveniens to the conduct of any proceeding in said court.

By placing an order through this website, customer agrees to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY GDI-3D for any and all costs, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney and other professional fees and disbursements) arising from any claim, cause of action, or legal dispute of any kind arising from or relating to the transaction or GDI-3D’s enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall to any extent be held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then: (a) the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected, and every remaining provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be valid and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law, and (b) a suitable and equitable provision shall be substituted for such invalid and unenforceable provision in order to carry out, so far as may be valid and enforceable, the intent and purpose of such invalid or unenforceable provision.

Destination Control Statement

These items are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.
