Returns

Except for items designated as nonreturnable or as otherwise set forth below, GDI-3D will accept a return of an item for replacement (if a replacement item is available) or a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs and a 20% restocking fee, provided such return is made within 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of the purchased item.

Unless there is an item defect or a valid item performance issue, returned items must be resalable (no wear or usage), in original packaging, and with all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. If the item is not returned in resalable condition, GDI-3D may reject the return.

All returns MUST INCLUDE a completed Return Merchandise Form with the returned item for GDI-3D to process the request, issue a refund, or replace the item. The customer MUST contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE returning any item.

If the customer fails to include a Return Merchandise Form with the returned item(s), or if the Return Merchandise Form is incomplete, GDI-3D will NOT process a refund or replacement for the item(s) and the items(s) will be returned to the customer.

All returned items must be received by GDI-3D prior to any replacement being shipped or refund being issued.

Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Credit in the form of a gift card will be issued if the original form of payment is not available or agreed to by the customer.

GDI-3D carefully monitors returns and may take reasonable action, including limiting or refusing returns, to prevent fraud and abuse and to otherwise enforce these terms and conditions and all laws and regulations governing orders made on our website.

GDI-3D reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. GDI-3D reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.
